Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Myfavecamgirl. By using the site you agree to them, so please read them.

The short version

Myfavecamgirl is a fan-run monthly competition that celebrates cam performers. We don’t host any adult content ourselves and we don’t take payments from you — we point you to the performers’ own pages on third-party platforms. You must be 18 or over to use the site. Vote fairly, don’t misuse the site or try to contact performers off-platform through us, and understand that anything you do on another company’s platform is governed by their terms, not ours.

Who we are and what these terms cover

Myfavecamgirl (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) form a legal agreement between you and us covering your access to and use of the site. They work alongside our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, our Age Policy and our 2257 statement, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the site.

You must be 18 or over

The site is strictly for adults. You may only access it if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location, if higher) and it is lawful for you to view adult-oriented material where you are. We operate an age check at entry; by continuing past it you confirm you meet this requirement. Misrepresenting your age is a breach of these Terms. Our full approach is set out in the Age Policy.

What the site does

Myfavecamgirl is a directory and monthly popularity competition. We feature cam performers, let visitors vote for and favorite them, and link out to — or embed — the performers’ own pages on independent third-party cam platforms. Key things to understand about how we operate:

  • We host no adult content ourselves. All streams, images, and performer pages live on third-party platforms that we do not own or control.
  • We do not take payments from you and we are not a party to any transaction you make on a third-party platform.
  • We earn through affiliate arrangements, which means we may receive a commission when you sign up to or spend on a third-party platform after following a link from us. This never changes what you pay.
  • Listings, rankings, and availability can change at any time, including when a performer leaves a platform we source from.

Voting and the monthly competition

The competition is meant to be a bit of fun and, above all, fair. To keep it that way, you agree not to manipulate the results. That includes not using bots, scripts, automated tools, vote-buying, fake or bulk accounts, VPN or proxy farms, or any other method designed to cast votes that are not genuine individual choices.

We use technical measures (including anti-fraud checks) to protect the integrity of voting. We may, at our discretion, discard votes we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or manipulated, correct or recalculate standings, disqualify an entry, or restrict access, and we may do so without notice. Our decisions on the conduct and results of the competition are final.

Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree that you will not:

  • use the site to solicit, arrange, or pay for sexual services, or treat any performer listing as an offer of such services;
  • attempt to contact, or arrange off-platform contact with, any performer through the site, or use the site to exchange private contact details;
  • harass, threaten, defame, stalk, impersonate, or abuse any performer, other visitor, or member of our team;
  • post, submit, or transmit anything unlawful, or any content depicting or involving anyone under 18;
  • interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems, or its data;
  • scrape, copy, republish, frame, or otherwise commercially exploit the site or its content without our written permission;
  • use the site to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, or breach the terms of any third-party platform we link to.

These rules exist partly to keep the site clear of trafficking and exploitation. We take them seriously and will act on breaches, including by removing content, restricting access, and reporting to the authorities where appropriate.

Anything you submit

If the site lets you submit anything — for example an application to be featured, a message through a form, or any text you provide — you confirm that it is accurate, that it is yours to share, and that it does not break these Terms or the law. You are responsible for what you submit. We do not have to publish, keep, or use any submission, and we may edit or remove it. Where you submit material for us to feature, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for the purpose of operating and promoting the site; you keep ownership of your own material.

Our content and trademarks

The site’s design, text, branding, logo, and other original material are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the site for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our material beyond that without our permission. Performers’ names, images, and marks belong to them or to the platforms they work with, and are used here to identify and celebrate their work; nothing on the site implies that we own them or that a performer endorses us.

Third-party platforms and links

The site links to and may embed content from independent third-party platforms. We do not control those platforms, their content, or their practices, and we are not responsible for them. When you follow a link or interact with an embed, you leave our care and enter that platform’s environment, where their terms and privacy policies apply. You should read them. Any dealings you have with a third-party platform — including any purchase, subscription, or account — are solely between you and that platform.

Reporting a problem or making a complaint

If you believe something on the site is unlawful, infringes your rights, features you or someone else without proper consent, or should otherwise be taken down, please tell us. You can use our removals and reporting route, or contact us at info@myfavecamgirl.com. We aim to review reports promptly and will act where a report is justified.

The site is provided ‘as is’

We work to keep the site accurate, available, and safe, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis and make no guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it (including listings, rankings, and availability) is complete or current. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude any warranties that are not expressly set out in these Terms.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable to you for any loss that is not a foreseeable result of our breach, for any business or commercial loss, or for anything that happens on a third-party platform. Your primary remedy if you are unhappy with the site is to stop using it.

Suspending or ending access

We may change, suspend, or withdraw all or part of the site, and we may restrict or end your access, at any time — including where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. These Terms continue to apply to any use you have already made of the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the site or the law. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date below, and significant changes will be made clear on the site. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you use the site from elsewhere, you are responsible for complying with your own local laws.
