Myfavecamgirl is a directory service. We list publicly-available cam-model profiles from third-party adult-entertainment networks and provide outbound links to those networks. We host no audio, video, or photographic content depicting sexually explicit conduct. Thumbnails displayed on this site are hotlinked from the source networks — the image bytes are served directly from those networks’ content-delivery infrastructure, not from our servers.
Myfavecamgirl is not a producer, primary or secondary, as those terms are defined in 18 USC §2257 and 28 CFR Part 75. We do not create, photograph, film, videotape, digitise, duplicate, or reproduce any content depicting sexually explicit conduct. Our role is limited to listing, indexing, and linking. This activity falls within the exemption at 18 USC §2257(h)(2)(B)(v), which excludes from the definition of “produces” the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, formatting, or translation of a communication without selection or alteration of its content.
