We use a small amount of information to run the monthly competition fairly, to remember your age confirmation for your visit, and — only if you ask us to — to send you updates.

• Age confirmation. When you confirm you are 18 or older, we store that confirmation in a temporary session cookie. It clears when you close your browser.
• Voting and technical data. When you vote or browse, we record technical information such as your IP address and browser type. We use this to run the competition fairly, count votes once, and prevent fraud and abuse.
• Email address (only if you give it). If you save favorites or sign up for updates, we store the email address you provide and your alert preferences. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Messages you send us. If you email us or use a contact form, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply and follow up.
• Analytics. We use privacy-focused analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate. We do not use this to identify you personally.

• To run the monthly competition — counting votes, ranking models, and showing results.
• To confirm you are old enough to use the site.
• To send you the updates and favorite-model alerts you have opted in to.
• To detect and prevent voting fraud, abuse, and security threats.
• To respond to your messages and removal or data requests.
• To understand and improve how the site performs, in aggregate.

When you click a link to watch or visit a performer, you leave Myfavecamgirl and continue on a third-party cam platform. That platform is a separate company with its own privacy policy and its own cookies, and we are not responsible for how it handles your data. We may record that a click happened so the platform can credit the referral, but we do not share your identity with them.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We share data only with service providers who help us run the site — for example our hosting, database, analytics, and email providers — and only so they can perform those services on our instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of performers, visitors, or the public.

Our service providers may store and process data outside your home country, including in the United States. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect it.

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above — for example, vote and anti-fraud records for the life of a competition cycle and a reasonable period afterward, and your email for as long as you remain subscribed. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.

• Correction — ask us to fix data that is wrong or incomplete.
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data.
• Restriction and objection — ask us to limit or stop certain uses.
